Riad BYERD is a peaceful oasis located in the heart of the Medina of Marrakech, just a short walk from some of the city’s most iconic attractions, including the Orientalist Museum, Le Jardin Secret, the Mouassine Museum, and Jemaa el-Fna Square. Jardin Majorelle is also easily accessible, and Marrakech-Menara Airport is only 5 km away.
Born from a deep love for architecture, local craftsmanship, and flea markets, Riad Byerd is a unique home filled with carefully selected treasures that give the space its distinctive character. Designed for friends, travelers from around the world, design lovers, creatives, dreamers, and adventurers, the riad offers an authentic Moroccan experience combined with comfort and tranquility.
The riad covers approximately 250 m² and is rented exclusively, ensuring complete privacy for your stay. On the ground floor, you will find a charming patio with a relaxation area, as well as an open kitchen with a dining space. The first floor features a balcony overlooking the patio and two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The second floor hosts a third en-suite bedroom with a private terrace, as well as a large rooftop terrace with an outdoor pool and lounge area—perfect for relaxing under the Marrakech sky.
All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a wardrobe, coffee machine, refrigerator, oven, safe, flat-screen TV, private terrace, and en-suite bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Guests can enjoy a buffet, continental, or vegetarian breakfast prepared daily. Housekeeping and breakfast service are taken care of by our staff. For lunch or dinner, you can enjoy delicious takeaway meals from the nearby restaurant Limoni, located less than one minute’s walk away, and savor them comfortably at the riad.
Riad Byerd also offers a 24-hour reception, airport transfer service, a shared kitchen managed by staff, and a warm, attentive team available during the day to assist with any needs.
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to respect the neighborhood by keeping noise to a minimum after 11:00 p.m. and by not allowing unregistered visitors into the riad.
